  Every enquiry, whether via phone or email, was answered promptly and effectively. At one stage the lock on the apartment building's laundry door had broken and when I called Little for help they were straight in touch with the Body Corporate who sent a locksmith quick smart.

  Great, efficient Agency. The receptionist always has a smile and is very lovely, the rest of the office always seem to be very professional and having fun. I must say it is a pleasure to rent through an Agency who is friendly and good at what they do.

  Little Real Estate is an authentic agency. For me and my wife, as foreigners unfamiliar with Melbourne, finding a good place was anything but easy. However, our property manager Ross has been so supportive in the process from finding to renting that we've been greatly enjoying the current apartment without having to worry about anything.
