    We have received gold class vouchers for xmas. We have tried since then to use them to get tickets and have hit a brick wall evrywhere we try. My wife has been to southland twice to book and they were booked for all sessions available- over the next two days and was advised bookings beyond that would open at 7pm that night. We have just been at 7:10, joined the long queue as gold class no longer has its own- no longer special, got to the counter and were advised to come back the next day. We had been misled by Village.

    Village treat gheir customers very badly. It would seem they think it is a priviledge for customers to do business with them. We cannot even make a booking. Off to Palace.
