  When I got the car back the inside of the car was vacuumed but the rest did not look like it was touched at all. The boot area of the car was definitely not cleaned because all the kids' rubbish was still there. If this review application allows me to put up photos I would have put up photos of the inside of my car AFTER they had apparently cleaned it and you would all see why I am angry.

  I bought a car a couple of weeks ago and the previous owners had children. The car's interior needed a good vacuum and clean so I went to this car wash.

  DO NOT GO HERE. First time my mimco bag was missing. They posted it back in 3 weeks. Gave them another go in case it was a mistake. Charged $128 for superior clean including seats steam cleaned. Not even vacuumed. They took it back for 5 minutes. Still not even vacuumed properly let alone any of the extras I paid for. WILL NEVER BE BACK

  The price they charged me was higher than the price listed on the sign. When I enquired about the variation they told me it was because my car was a four-wheel drive. I didn't make too much fuss about it and I paid the money for the "Deluxe" car wash. Not the standard car wash.

  I wish I read the review before going. I paid $125 for a good clean - they convinced me go with that option as they will remove all the marks off the body and inside the door. They didn't do that and more. Never again.

  Should have read the reviews first. Decided to go on the spur of the moment while I was driving past, paid for the deluxe wash as my car hadn't been cleaned in a couple of months, and as I was driving off I realised it hadn't even been vacuumed properly. On closer inspection, the leather seats now have watermarks on them where the leather treatment hasn't been rubbed in properly, the seats were dusty in parts that haven't been wiped at all, the crevices haven't been vacuumed, and it doesn't look like the floor was vacuumed properly under the floor mats. Absolutely terrible job
